Deadline for Project Proposal submission

The next deadline for preparation of Project Proposals to be evaluated by the ISTC Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC), is 15 March 2023.

Please take into consideration that the ISTC Secretariat should check all Project Proposals, whether the Proposal information has been entered completely, including the Host Government Concurrence (HGC) for all Participating Institutions.

Experience has shown that sometimes the application of Host Government Concurrence may take up to some months.

If you intend to submit a new Project Proposal or update an already submitted Project Proposal, it is recommended to start timely and mostly finish the preparation by the end of this year.
